What to expect, from the first call to carrying them home
The two services differ in one meaningful way — whether your companion is cremated alone. Choose a path below to see exactly what happens.
In a private cremation your companion is placed in the chamber alone. Their ashes are entirely their own, and they come home to you.

A guide calls you

Gentle collection
A member of our team comes to you. Your pet is given a numbered ID that stays with them the whole way.
Placed in our care
Your companion rests with us until their cremation. You're welcome to send a note or keepsake to go with them.
Cremated alone
Your pet is cremated privately, on their own. Their ashes are theirs and no one else's.
Gathered with care
Their ashes are carefully gathered into a scatter tube, or the keepsake urn you chose.
Carried home
We return your companion to you, with their certificate of cremation and any keepsakes.
