Yuki decided when walks began and when they ended. She loved us fiercely and entirely on her own terms, which we came to respect.
Their kind
The Shiba Inu is an ancient Japanese breed, originally developed for hunting small game and birds in mountainous terrain. Known for its spirited and alert nature, this dog often displays a bold confidence. They are typically agile and possess a distinctive 'fox-like' appearance.
